Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

This page documents ShubhMilan’s publicly available standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation. It applies to our website, mobile apps, and related services.

Our standards

Adults only

ShubhMilan is intended for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the Services. Age and identity checks are part of our verification approach, and we remove accounts that appear to belong to underage users.

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

Any content, conduct, or attempt to sexualize minors, groom minors, or distribute, solicit, or facilitate child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited. Such content is removed, accounts are terminated where appropriate, and we preserve relevant information for law enforcement as required by law.

Grooming, enticement, and harmful contact

We prohibit using the Services to establish inappropriate contact with minors, including grooming, trafficking-related behaviour, or moving conversations to less visible channels for harmful purposes. We combine automated signals and human review to enforce these rules.

Reporting and escalation

Users can report profiles, messages, and media through in-app reporting. For safety matters, including concerns related to minors or CSAM, you may also email support@shubhmilan.com with subject line “Safety — CSAE report” and include relevant details (usernames, approximate times, and screenshots where safe to share). We review reports promptly and take action consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Law enforcement and legal process

We cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities when legally required or when necessary to protect users and children. We comply with applicable reporting obligations regarding CSAM where they apply to our operations.

Platform and regulatory alignment

We design our safety practices to align with applicable laws and with distribution and platform requirements (including Google Play and Apple App Store policies) related to child safety and abuse prevention.

Tolerance for harassment

Every report is reviewed by a human moderator within 2 hours. Zero-tolerance for harassment, fake profiles, or scam behaviour. Banned accounts cannot re-register with the same ID.
